I studied cosmetology at Empire Beauty Academy in Williamsport Pa. Graduated in 1994.
I worked for a while in Pa as a stylist until deciding to move to Gainesville , Florida working for a high traffic college salon for really cheap really fast haircuts.I did that for a short time before moving into a private shop called LaDiDa. There I gained training with Bumble and Bumble and Aveda . I spent about 2 years there.
When I left Gainesville, I moved to the coast of Jacksonville and soon became manager of a new concept salon for Regis called Mia and Maxx Hair Studio . After about 2 years , I was asked to join the Great Clips team. I stayed with them for approx 3 years working for different franchise owners.It is there that I honed my cutting skills through continuing education and practice in high volume salons not only cutting but training new stylists in the Great Clips concept.
I then moved on through recruitment to Hair Cuttery where I opened a New salon in a New Village Center in Jax.
I moved to Houston Tx and immediately became manager of Regis again taking over a company called TGF which was all over the city and surrounding areas. My job there was to train my teams to use the Regis system . I had managed and trained 4 salons in Houston over the course of 5 years.
After finishing that time I was able to open my own high end studio in The Heights area of Houston where I was featured in a home tour which included my studio. After that I was booked solid for 5 years learning the latest trends and hairstyles through my clients ideas and hands on classes.
Now I am back in Pa. and working in my own place once again . I have been back for about 3 years and in that time, I opened a studio in Jersey Shore where I conducted business for over a year I also worked with another shop owner in Jersey Shore until it was time recently to move on and take my business to Williamsport in a busy little area where I have a storefront.I look forward to my future here in Newberry and hope to see all my regular faces as well as new ones everyday.

I am familiar with the razor and able to take care of any hair type and texture.
